**Vinyl Coated** - **VC** - welded wire fencing and meshes are long-lasting and attractive. Ideal for many uses for your 2025 projects. big or small. Galvanized welded mesh is coated with a thick layer of PVC and tightly bonded to the wire by a heat process. The coating is flexible and will not crack when the wire is bent. It is stable over a wide temperature range, maintaining its qualities in extremes of hot and cold temperatures. UV inhibitors are in the vinyl to retard degradation from sunlight. The coating is also very resistant to scraping and abrasion. Vinyl-coated welded wire mesh and fence, sometimes called plastic-coated wire products, are very strong and durable. They are long-lasting and rust-resistant. They have double protection. The vinyl coating seals the wire from water and other corrosive elements, and a zinc coating protects the underlying mesh.

Vinyl-coated welded wire mesh and fencing. Galvanized welded mesh is coated with a thick layer of black PVC fused to the wire by a heat process. This makes a highly durable and long-lasting mesh impervious to water, weather, and corrosive elements. The wire is also protected by zinc coating. The PVC is flexible and will not crack when the wire is bent. It has UV inhibitors to retard degradation from sunlight. This mesh material benefits animal enclosures, cages, anti-predator barriers, or other applications where rust prevention, long life, and a small mesh are desired. It is also ideal for chukar pen flooring.

###  ½" x 1" mesh 

Vinyl coated galvanized welded wire mesh and fence will last a long time! After 16 gauge wire is welded into a ½" x 1" mesh, it is dipped into a bath of molten zinc. The entire mesh, including the welded areas, is thoroughly sealed and protected against rust and corrosion. Then a thick layer of black PVC is bonded to the mesh.  This welded wire mesh and fence will last years longer than galvanized wire. ###  1" x 1" mesh 

Vinyl coated welded wire (VC) mesh fence is galvanized and coated with a thick layer of PVC. The vinyl is fused to the galvanized welded wire mesh by a heat process. This creates an attractive, tough, long-lasting mesh impervious to both weather and chemicals. Vinyl coated welded wire mesh and fence has the longest lifetime in any application. The PVC used is flexible and will not crack when the wire is bent. It has UV inhibitors to retard degradation from sunlight. Ideal for animal cages, ground wire for bird pens and any other use requiring long life and attractive durability.
