Vinyl Coated Welded Wire Mesh, 16 gauge

Vinyl Coated - VC - welded wire fencing and meshes are long-lasting and attractive. Galvanized welded mesh is coated with a thick layer of PVC and tightly bonded to the wire by a heat process. The coating is flexible and will not crack when the wire is bent. It is stable over a wide temperature range, maintaining its qualities in extremes of hot and cold temperatures. UV inhibitors are in the vinyl to retard degradation from sunlight. The coating is also very resistant to scraping and abrasion. Vinyl-coated welded wire mesh and fence, sometimes called plastic-coated wire products, are very strong and durable. They are long-lasting and rust-resistant. They have double protection. The vinyl coating seals the wire from water and other corrosive elements, and a zinc coating protects the underlying mesh.

This makes an extremely durable and long-lasting mesh impervious to water, weather and corrosive elements. And the wire is also protected by the coating of zinc. The PVC used is flexible and will not crack when the wire is bent. It has UV inhibitors to retard degradation from sunlight. This mesh material is particularly useful for animal enclosures, cages, anti-predator barriers or other applications where rust prevention, long life, and a small mesh are desired. ½" x 1" mesh

Vinyl coated galvanized welded wire mesh and fence will last a long time! After 16 gauge wire is welded into a ½" x 1" mesh, it is dipped into a bath of molten zinc. The entire mesh, including the welded areas, is thoroughly sealed and protected against rust and corrosion. Then a thick layer of black PVC is bonded to the mesh. This welded wire mesh and fence will last years longer than galvanized wire. This smaller ½" x 1" mesh and fence has a wide variety of uses, including small animal cages, flooring in rabbit cages and anti-predator barriers for the perimeter of bird pens or gardens. 16 gauge 1/2"x1" black vinyl coated welded wire

1" x 1" mesh

This creates an attractive, tough, long-lasting mesh impervious to both weather and chemicals. Vinyl coated welded wire mesh and fence has the longest lifetime in any application. Ideal for animal cages, ground wire for bird pens and any other use requiring long life and attractive durability.
