# Louis E. Page, Inc. Sample Policy

- **Samples are available only for large projects (10+ rolls)**
- We do not have samples for all of our products as some manufacturers will not provide samples.
- We process samples we have on hand on weekends and mail them the following Tuesday.
- Special-order samples may take up to three weeks to process.
- Please note that vinyl coated samples may differ slightly from the actual materials as each run of material may result in a somewhat different thickness of coating (this does not alter the quality, strength, or durability of the product).
- Samples, when available are typically a 2" x 2" square, unless the mesh opening size includes a 4 inch measurement.
- **Retail Customers - individuals, architects** 
    - $10.00 for the first sample
    - $5.00 for each additional sample.
    - Fee will be credited towards invoice when the order is placed.
    - We will provide a refund for samples if they're returned within 30 days. Please keep the original hang tag on the sample.
- **Wholesale customers - fence companies, zoos, repeat customers, resellers** 
    - One sample - no charge
    - Multiple samples (up to 4) - $10.00 to cover postage and handling
    - Fee will be credited towards order.
- Special requests - large pieces, unusual spec, etc. will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
